Couple of things about GO-DPS. Easy to do business with. Fast, friendly customer service. I have purchased this bundle and one other from GO-DPS and each time there was a part missing. In this case, the instrument cable. When I contacted them about the order, they were "unable to pull it up" and told me to deal with Amazon directly about it. They credited me the approximate cost of the cable. I didn't really need the cable, but it was supposed to come with it, so..Anyway, I did not receive the bag as shown in the photo, but received the one as shown in the video. (Which is fine because the bag in the photo is rather ugly.) It was all black and much more form fitting that the one in the photo, so it worked out. The tuner is pretty cool although doesn't work as well as my Korg chromatic tuner. I haven't watched the DVD yet, but that could be a nice extra for some people.All that said, this was a good buy and and I don't regret it at all. The bag and the stand alone was worth it.I would still buy from GO-DPS, so I don't want to bash them too hard, just be sure to inventory what they send.I would purchase this again and also recommend to other to do the same for a bundle that does the job and comes with a few cool extras. It'll work until I can get a hard case.If you just bought an electric guitar, this is a great pack to get you started and the gig bag is a lot better then most of the kits I looked at (and better then the one I received with my line 6 starter kit)In my case the guitar strap and the DVD wheren't in the box. I saw that other people complained about the cable was missing. Looks like GO-DPS has been cheating with this pack. Amazon gave me a partial refund.The gig bag is a little on the cheap side. The cable looks durable and well built. The rest of the accessories are OK for the price.Ok, so we received this package today and I was dissappointed with the fact that they forgot to put in the cable, not only that, the picks, the stand, the bag, and the tuner were very different from what is shown on pictures and video. Amazon was gracious and was going to replace the whole purchase with a new one but this was for my son, so Amazon credited me for the missing cable :(The people at godps. are. Awesome the. Staff is. GodpsQuality product for price impressedIt was pretty good but the nice picks did not come with the packageThis set came with everything to get you started, the CD was easy to fallow and the accessories are of great quality. The guitar bag however, felt like the straps wanted to tear when I put it on full, but didn't see where it might have teared.
